Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, please call us immediately at +39 081 123 4567. If your order has not yet been prepared, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund to your original payment method. If your order is already being prepared, we cannot accept a cancellation, as our pizzas are made to order.
Incorrect or Incomplete Orders
If you receive an order that is incorrect or incomplete, please contact us within 2 hours of receipt. We will either send you the correct items, if applicable, or issue a refund for the missing or incorrect items. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Quality Concerns
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the pizza or any food items received, please contact us within 2 hours of your order delivery or pickup. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or a refund for the item in question. Quality concerns reported after 2 hours may not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Food Item Returns
For any non-food items purchased (such as merchandise), returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. You are responsible for return shipping costs, and a refund will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.

Exceptions
