From Naples to Your Neighborhood
'SunsetCommons' started with a dream: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to Naples. The Rossi family opened our doors in 1985, and our small, family-run pizzeria has since been serving recipes that have been passed down for generations.
Marco Rossi, our founding member, mastered pizza-making while exploring Italy, particularly apprenticing with renowned pizza chefs in Naples—the pizza's origin. After returning to the UK, their mission was to offer an authentic taste of Italian pizza, sticking to traditional techniques and the best ingredients available.
Our humble 12-seat eatery has now expanded into a cherished neighborhood hub, yet our commitment to excellence and authenticity remains steadfast. We maintain traditional wood-fired ovens, prepare our dough from scratch every day, and seek out top-tier ingredients.
Fast-forward to today, 'SunsetCommons' is still within the family, stewarded by the second iteration of the Rossi lineage and maintains a team of zealous individuals. Although we have welcomed some contemporary updates, the essence of our enterprise endures: to make delectable, real pizza that unites folks.
